Returning your Product

We’re sorry that you need to return a Knox product to us, but we will try to make it as painless as possible.

  • 1. Email Us with your intent to exchange / return

    • CLICK HERE (Opens in new window) to message us with your request to return/exchange a product.
    • We will then reply and provide you with the documentation needed for the products to return safely through customs. Usually within 72hours.
  • 2. Pack up your product

    • Pack up your product in new condition with tags. Include your returns form in the package.
    • IMPORTANT: Write “Planet Knox Returns” and your order ID on the outside of the package.
    • Attach the documentation we provided you to the outside of the package in an envelope for customs.
  • 3. Mark your package properly

    • IMPORTANT: You must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE.
  • 4. Return your package using courier of your choice

    • Ship your package. We would highly recommend paying for tracking and insurance of your product. Please retain proof of postage.
  • 5. Refund / Exchange

    • Once your product arrives we will examine it.
    • Once passed inspection we will refund your payment method within 14 days of the receipt of product.
    • Exchanges will be done as quickly as possible, if the product is not currently in stock, turnaround will be dictated based on the ETA’s on the website.
