Retourner votre produit
Nous sommes désolés que vous deviez nous renvoyer un produit Knox, mais nous nous efforcerons de rendre la procédure aussi simple que possible.
1. Email Us with your intent to exchange / return
- CLICK HERE (Opens in new window) to message us with your request to return/exchange a product.
- We will then reply and provide you with the documentation needed for the products to return safely through customs. Usually within 72hours.
2. Pack up your product in new condition with tags. Include your returns form in the package.
- IMPORTANT : Écrire "Le retour de Planet Knox” and your order ID on the outside of the package.
- Attach the documentation we provided you to the outside of the package in an envelope for customs.
3. Mark your package properly
- IMPORTANT: You must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE.
4. Return your package using courier of your choice
- Expédiez votre colis. We would highly recommend paying for tracking and insurance of your product. Please retain proof of postage.
5. Refund / Exchange
- Once your product arrives we will examine it.
- Once passed inspection we will refund your payment method within 14 days of the receipt of product.
