PLEASE NOTE: This is to return or exchange products we have shipped to you within the last 60 days, that have not been used.

Returning your Product

We’re sorry that you need to return a Knox product to us, but we will try to make it as painless as possible.

Ship using your own Courier.

1. Download and Print off the Knox Returns Form

  • Click here to download form.
  • Print and Fill in the Knox returns form
  • Add your Order ID as the Returns Reference Number.

2. Pack up your product

  • Pack up your product in new condition with tags.
  • Include your returns form in the package.
  • IMPORTANT: Write “Planet Knox Returns” on the outside of the package.
  • Print off your return label, taking care to cover the original shipping label if returning in the same box we shipped to you.

3. Return your package using courier of your choice

  • Ship your package.
  • We would highly recommend paying for tracking and insurance of your product.
  • Please retain proof of postage.

4. Refund / Exchange

  • We will examine your product
  • Once signed off we will refund your payment method within 14 days of the receipt of product.
  • Exchanges will be done as quickly as possible, if the product is not currently in stock, turnaround will be dictated based on the ETA’s on the website.

Ship using Knox discount UPS Accesspoint Shipping

1. Download and Print off the Knox Returns Form

  • Print and Fill in the Knox returns form
  • Add your Order ID as the Returns Reference Number.

2. Pay your £5 Return Fee.

Pay your discount £5 Return Fee. IMPORTANT: We will send the return label to the e-mail address on the PayPal account.

3. We will email you a return label

  • We will email you a return label. Please be aware this can take up to 72 hours.

4. Pack up your product

  • Pack up your product in new condition with tags.
  • Include your returns form in the package.
  • IMPORTANT: Write “Planet Knox Returns” on the outside of the package.
  • Print off your return label that we have provided you, taking care to cover the original shipping label if returning in the same box we shipped to you.

5. Return your package to a UPS AccessPoint

  • Click here (opens in new window) to find a UPS Access Point close to you.

6. Refund / Exchange
