Will I be charged any additional fees?
For deliveries outside of Europe, there will probably be Import Duty and possibly other local tax to pay. These fees are outside of our control, as they are set by your own government and subject to change.
If I need to return a product, do I have to pay return costs?
Unless the product is faulty, or we sent you the incorrect product, you will need to pay the return costs.

How do I measure for a back protector?
Download a measuring guide. The nape of the neck is where the neck joins the spine, the small of the waist is located where the back curves in the most, almost exactly opposite the navel. Then follow the size guide on the particular product.

Why don't your Jackets come with armour?
Knox believe that armour worn directly on the body in a comfortable way is much more secure, so safer, than loose in a jacket. Just like having a helmet fitted, wear it close to the body for safety. Our jackets are just as good when worn off the bike, so once the armour layer is removed, the jacket can be sized down for a perfect fit – no saggy armour pockets!
