Warranty registration update

We’re no longer running a separate warranty registration for Knox products.

If you purchased directly from Knox, you don’t need to do anything. We already have your order details safely stored against your purchase, so you’re covered should you ever need to make a warranty claim.

If you bought your Knox product through a third party (a retailer or distributor), please keep hold of your proof of purchase. A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email is perfect. If a warranty claim ever comes up, that’s what we’ll use to confirm purchase date and eligibility.
