The Scarlett Mk 2 is a high-waisted pair of ladies’ skinny jeans which are made from stretch Cordura® denim. To keep them comfortable they are woven with CoolMax® in addition to being lined with lightweight stretch cotton for breathability, its natural anti-bacterial quality as well as comfort. They are also a fully CE approved Class AA garment. This is thanks to the Scarlett being generously part lined with a branded aramid fibre* for abrasion cover. This is lined on the seat, knee, hips, shins, and thighs of the jeans. There are also invisible externally accessible pockets on the knees and the hips for Knox Micro-Lock CE approved armour. This armour is soft enough to take the wearer’s shape yet locks on impact to absorb a significant amount of the energy rather than it being delivered directly into the wearer’s limbs.

Scarlett Mk 2 jeans are part of the Knox Seasonless Collection. Use a Knox base layer for added comfort no matter what the weather and add a Knox waterproof trouser for when it rains and there is no need for any other trousers in your bike wardrobe.
Detailing includes features such as YKK zips being used throughout, as well as a set of deep pockets. They are available in both black as well as blue and a short, 28” or regular 30” leg. There are seven different waist sizes cut for the female form. These start with size 8(XS) to size 20(3XL).

Taille : Mesurez autour de la taille naturelle. C'est généralement la partie la plus petite.
Hanche : Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guide this is often 7.5inches (20cm) below your waist.
Jambe intérieure : Measure from the top of your inside leg down to your ankle. You should do this whilst standing to get a more accurate measure. We have 2 leg lengths for women, 30″ (Regular) and 28″ (Short Leg).
A noter : The measurements given are body measures and we recommend you do not measure over the clothing. Also please hold the tape measure firmly and not loosely as the measurement needs to be fitted. If you measure in between sizes, we recommend you go down one size. E.g. measure waist 27inches, go down to 26inches.

(propriétaire vérifié)Buying motorcycle jeans online is a bit of a gamble. I am glad that I took one. The Scarlett Skinny Jeans are great. They have great protection and I like that it doesn’t feel like I am wearing a nappy. The high waist is nice and these are comfortable on and off the bike. Since I am riding in the hot Australian sun, they keep cool and offer nice air flow.
My only complaint is with the leg length. Being only 5’2″ with shorter legs, I find the knee protection too low. They end up being more like shin protectors. It would be fantastic to have a petite option one day as well as a black option.
Regardless of those small issues, these are great and I am so thrilled with them.

They are stretchy, comfortable, look great, don’t allow panties to show went sitting on the bike, and best of all have the Kevlar lining and removable armor- from the outside!!!! Hallelujah!! Someone was using the ol’ noggin when designing these beauties. The only problem is that I need a size that is not listed as in stock. A word to the wise: Do not buy the regular length if you are short, ladies. The knee armor will be at your shins, near your ankles. I rated it as 4 stars instead of 5 only because what I measure at ended up being way too big, I had to send back for the next smaller size which is a problem because I live in the U.S.A.- VERY expensive to return. Knox– please restock!! My husband needs a pair too- neither one of us has a pair yet because you’re out of stock. And these jeans are a must-have for both of us (in the shorter length).

(propriétaire vérifié)These are really comfortable, I’m an 8-10 and ordered and 8 and I’d describe these as a slightly more “relaxed” skinny fit, they have a bit more room in than some of the other kevlar-leggings type products which makes these more comfy for me. The tall waist is ideal for sitting on the bike as they compensate well particularly if you have a jacket on the short side.
With the exterior zips the knee armour can be removed and inserted in seconds, just like the video. Really appreciate features like this if you want to pop the armour out in order to wash the product!

I am tall (5’10”) and these are the best jeans I’ve tried on- long enough inseam to overlap my boots at the ankle and high enough waist to keep my back covered while riding. Would (and have) recommend to my dearest of friends!

(propriétaire vérifié)I LOVE these jeans. Thank you Knox for making an incredible, quality product. I want to order more, just in case I change weight or it wears out, or you stop making them!! I love them so very much. From start to finish: putting them on- they’re soft, stretchy but not too stretchy, fit like a glove, easy to walk and move in. Plenty of deep pockets for all your stuff. The short length fits my short legs, yay!! Easy to put in and take out the armor on the knees- I LOVE THIS FEATURE. Next, when I sit on the bike, great stretch, and no worries about showing what’s under them!!! They sit up nice and high but not so high it looks bad or is uncomfortable. Then when off the bike and walking around, they feel great (did I say that?!), and they look pretty darn good for riding pants with lots of protection, better than any others I’ve tried. I think I said “I love these pants” about 15 times today. Can hardly wait to take em out for another spin tomorrow. Knox, please please restock your sizes!! Us shorties need the short length pretty please.

(propriétaire vérifié)I am compelled to write today. I don’t “do reviews”. I was pulled off my bike by 2 “chaps” who fancied owning my bike. I hit dry gravel + tarmac at 30 mph and skidded along as they held onto me. My jeans really are in perfect condition. I didn’t believe myself until I took out my Roseberry jeans to see if I was looking at the wrong pair! The only skin I lost was where I hadn’t done my cuffs up in the 27 C heat. For me these get a bit too hot in height of summer for any off bike use, but once I’m riding they’re great. I love the high waist and stretchy fit so that I am not being cut in half as I lean forward and my back stays covered and draft free. The armour was easy to remove in the ambulance to help the trouser legs slide over my injured ankle – no need to cut them off. As a nurse myself, I always do my research and wear protection. Even if it doesn’t protect against robbery, I do think I have found the perfect solution for me.

For reference, I’m 5’6”, 135lbs with 28”waist. I got a medium but it fits quite relaxed. In the knox site’s size chart, small = 27 and medium = 29 waist but in the card that came with the pants, small = 28 waist and medium = 30 waist. If I had known, I would have ordered a small instead.
But overall, the jeans look good, I dont like the skinny look anyway, I’m fine with slim fit. Since it is fully lines, the pants are quite heavy but very soft. It also comes with knee and hip protector.
I hope knox can sell pants with armor optional so I can just transfer my existing pads to other jeans.
