The New CE Approved Knox Richmond MK II Abrasion resistant Cordura® denim jean – A modern tapered jean with room to move and added stretch for all-day comfort.
A tapered leg jean; a slim more refined look without being too skinny.
CE Approved to EN17092- 3 Class AA. Includes Knox MICRO-LOCK armour in the hips and knees.
The new Richmond is all you would expect from your favourite pair of jeans but built for motorcycling.
There is an extra focus on fit, comfort on and off the bike, high performance abrasion resistance and impact protection.
Knox knee armour is concealed in a pocket that is accessed from the outside by an invisible zip.
Off the bike the knee and hip protectors are removed in seconds for all day comfort.
Extra care is taken in the construction of the abrasion resistant lining to avoid bulky exterior seams.

Waist: To work out your size, measure your waist in the position your trousers usually sit. As a guide this is roughly 5-6cm below your belly button. Once you have this measure, minus 2 inches from it to get your trouser size.
Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inside leg down to your ankle. You should do this whilst standing to get a more accurate measure. We have 2 leg lengths for men, 33″ (Regular) and 30″ (Short Leg).
Please note: The measurements given are body measures and we recommend you do not measure over clothing.

As they are lined they are hot in summer off the bike so I usually wear these from temps 14-20 degrees. Very comfortable and when you take the armour out you can't tell they're a motorbike jean.
Definitely recommend them.

I am 6ft 1 tall with a 38" waist so I ordered the 2XL Reg. leg length and they fit totally true to size. With the jeans having a stretch factor built into their construction, if you are slightly over the waist size you should be able to get the into the slightly smaller size.
The jeans feel so soft and comfortable they don't feel like any other motorcycle jeans I've tried before. The armour pouches/pockets are only just big enough to get the hp and knee armour in to, so the armour stays exactly where it should be when on your bike.
I've just been out on my bike with them on for a short 30 minute ride to try them out, and they exceeded all of my expectations.
The Richmond Mk2 jeans are superb, I cannot rate them highly enough.

I have to say, I only knew the Richmond Knox jeans from watching videos reviews on YouTube. From what I've learned, I thought they had the potential to be the best motorcycle jeans on the market for the price range. I wasn't wrong. They are definitely the best jeans I have and seen. I got quite a few pairs like the Scorpion Covert Pro jeans for example which is often listed among the best review on the web right now when it comes to "the best price for the buck". Although I like them all, none of them are anywhere near as good as your jeans. I'm amazed by the quality of the Richmond Knox jeans. They are very comfortable, the protection is just unbelievable and the knee and the hip protectors are very easy to put or remove them when needed.
The only minor issue I have with them is the cut of bottom of the leg is narrow, which makes them very hard to fit over motorcycle boots. I had to fight my way through it in order to fit them over. But like I said it's a minor inconvenient. I would definitely buy another pair for myself and I intend to recommend them to my friends.
They are the best motorcycle jeans out there.

The jeans are a grey/black and very comfortable on the bike. The removable knee and hip armour sits well and is obviously well made - I forget they are there once moving and can now fit and remove them in a few seconds. I am normally a 32 waist 30 leg in Levis so went for the 32 inch waist and they fit well. The length is 33 long so you can decide how you want to wear them. I took a few inches off as I generally wear them with Rev'it Mohawk or Royale boots which come up quite high - and it gives me the option of turning them up with trainers too.
The fit is nice and tapered at the bottom around the calf and boot (not horrible super skinny) but a little bit too loose around the thigh and crotch area. This no doubt makes them super comfortable on the bike but doesn't look as good off the bike as it could, but is miles better than previous bike jeans I have owned.
The pockets are nice and deep and the jeans are fully lined with Kevlar which not all other brands do. There are also nice styling touches and good quality stitching - they feel expensive. Nice and warm in the mornings and not too hot walking around in 26 degrees either.
I really like them but they loose a star as the cut is not as good as other Knox clothing.
