Style Notes

The NEXOS is a perforated, breathable, long cuff leather motorcycle glove. Soft honeycomb gel protection protects the knuckle area and is covered by a tough but flexible floating knuckle shell.

The patented Knox Scaphoid Protection System is on the palm and the BOA® Fit System gives a dialled in and secure fit around the wrist.

    I was looking for gauntlet style gloves that provide wrist protection, but didn't want an overly sporty look for the gloves. The Nexos in black did the job. The BOA closure is a breeze, cinches the glove without any hassle. Fit was snug in the beginning but broke in after a few uses. The armor at the wrist and knuckles feel solid, though I'm looking forward to seeing micro lock in future iterations. I wear this in 34 degree weather and it didn't feel too hot. Highly recommended.

    I just feel that they are really summer gloves as they feel quite cold.

    As you might imagine I've had a few pairs of gloves over my 34 years of riding. I've had some ok gloves and some downright awful gloves too but these Knox gloves have been the best straight out of the box. I've owned and worn these gloves for just over a year and they have been fantastic. I've got long fingers and a slim hand and they fit perfectly, I usually end up with gloves that press on my finger tips. The quality of these gloves is superb and I love the boa fixing. The only downside is that they are too bulky to fit under the sleeves of my jacket on hot days but that's the price you pay for protection. While I hope it never happens I would have every confidence in these gloves if the unfortunate crash was to happen, they have great protection and are really well thought out. I bought from the shop at the Cockermouth HQ and was very well looked after.

    Very pleased with the Nexos Sport glove. They feel premium, and I feel protected wearing them. The right glove seems to rub a little between one of my fingers but I'm hoping they'll settle in (for context, I have the Orsa glove in the same size and they fit perfectly).

Knox SPS

Scaphoid injury is the most common hand injury caused by the grab effect when the palm of the hand makes contact with the ground.

The Knox SPS works by attaching 2 parts to the palm of the glove, making a bridge over the scaphoid. These plastic parts act as a slider eliminating the grab effect and scaphoid injuries. This has proven to be a very effective system for riders with no loss of flexibility, discomfort or interference with the controls when operating the bike.

Palm Circumference (A): Palm circumference is the total measurement around the widest part of the palm and over the knuckles. Put the tape around your palm and make a fist, then note the measurement.

Hand Length (B): Measure from your wrist crease to the end of your middle finger.

Measure your hand length and width and choose size the closest to your measurements. This should fit your hand correctly. If your hand fits one measure but not the 2nd, or if you prefer a looser fit, we would advise choosing the next size up.
