Circonf\u00e9rence de la paume (A) :<\/strong> La circonf\u00e9rence de la paume est la mesure totale autour de la partie la plus large de la paume et au-dessus des articulations. Placez le ruban autour de votre paume et serrez le poing, puis notez la mesure.<\/p>\n

Longueur de la main (B) :<\/strong> Mesurez la distance entre le pli de votre poignet et l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de votre majeur.<\/p>\n

Mesurez la longueur et la largeur de votre main et choisissez la taille la plus proche de vos mesures. Cette taille devrait convenir \u00e0 votre main.
