Important update from Knox in the Coronavirus pandemic.

A brief update for our customers.
We are continuing to do our best, operating with a smaller team and we are shipping to out to nearly all countries.
Whilst there continues to be daily challenges in areas beyond our control, most orders are going out as advised. We hope our customers are finding our live chat feature helpful, it’s certainly busy. We thank everyone for their continued patience and messages of support at this time.

We are in our 2nd week of working at Knox HQ with a scaled down team. Everyone is working hard to make sure we despatch customer orders in good time and safely.
We are really delighted that riders are still ordering and we would like to give an extra big thank you to everyone supporting Knox with orders, messages of support and signed up to watching our social media at this time.
Just a quick reminder that we have a manned live chat service that will continue to operate over Easter so if you have any questions we will do our best to help or advise. We know that this quiet weekend may be an opportunity to maintain bikes and riding kit so please get in touch if you need help.
We will be closed Good Friday and Easter Monday and we will reopen 14th April.
We realise Easter will be very strange for everyone this year but good health really is the greatest gift so we wish you and your families a safe, healthy and peaceful Easter.
The shops do at least still have lots of chocolate eggs…… for now.

We are pleased to inform all of our customers that we have now restructured things at Knox and that we are now open again.
We have a small team working safely at head office, making and sending out orders, all within government guidelines.
We also have a small team working remotely behind the scenes to ensure we continue to serve our customers.
We remain committed to serving you online and would like to reassure you that if you have placed an order online, we will be sending this out as soon as possible. Additionally, we are extending our returns policy to 60 days, accepting any unused items with original hangtags and a valid receipt.
