| The British impact protection specialists will be running commercials to promote their acclaimed range of back protectors during Eurosport’s MOTOGP coverage. The advertisements will feature James Ellison, the only British contender in MOTOGP, who is showing promising form on board a Tech 3 Yamaha M1.
“We’ve seen serious sales growth in Europe over the past year and the time is right to run an international advertising campaign,” states Geoff Travell, who founded Knox in 1995.
Back protectors are now part of the mainstream motorcycle kit for UK riders, with sales steadily increasing year-on-year. MCN included them in its list of items in ”The best £100 you’ll spend” and many bikers regard wearing a back protector as being just as important as using a seat belt when travelling by car.
Ellison was filmed during testing at Catalunya during early March and the campaign will kick off with the first race in Spain on 26 th March. |
